SHIPPING & RETURNS

PROCESSING OF ORDERS: 

 

  • All orders are custom printed and framed.
     

  • Unframed Paper Prints: Please allow 7 working days to print your order and dispatch. Prints are rolled in tissue and shipped in a protective mailer tube.
     

  • Framed Prints: Please allow between 2- 3 weeks to print and professionally frame your order and dispatch. Goods are carefully packed to safeguard against damage.
     

  • Allow a further 4 -10 days for delivery depending on location via Australia Post and affiliated couriers.

 

 

SHIPPING TIMES:

 

  • Australia wide orders on unframed prints from dispatch: 4 -10 days for postage via Australia Post depending on location.
     

  • International orders on unframed prints from dispatch: 5 -14 days depending on location.
     

  • Unframed prints are rolled in tissue and shipped in a protective mailer tube. Framed prints are carefully packed to protect your purchase.
     

  • PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for any import taxes or duties that may be incurred. Currently we don’t ship framed prints internationally.
     

  • Due to Covid restrictions, or in busy seasonal times, some delays may occur. Please allow for this when placing your order.

NEW ZEALAND ORDERS
Unframed Print: AUD30.00 Flat rate for all unframed prints, rolled and shipped in a protective mailer tube. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 
Unframed Print: AUD40.00 Flat rate for all unframed prints, rolled and shipped in a protective mailer tube via Australia Post International Air Mail. 5-10 days

 

We currently we don’t ship framed prints internationally.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY:

 

All purchases of photographic prints are final. We are unable to accept exchanges or refunds of prints for change of mind.

 

If your print has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods by emailing info@triciabrennanphotography.com for assistance.

 

Please keep the print with all the original packaging and as we may require photographs of the damage to resolve the issue.
